A share in the company that owns the property and the land. The value of the share follows the value of the property. For properties under construction or renovation we only pay after checking what is really finished.
A share in the company that owns this property. Usually 1/8, more is possible. You are a partner listed in the company register, not a club member. The share can be sold, given away or inherited.
A monthly fee of ≈ 1 700 Kč per 1/8 share. It is paid from renting out your unused nights when there is rental income, otherwise you pay it. You share the house’s costs according to the size of your share; their amount cannot be set in advance.
That is why the yield estimate for every property is always after all fees, including the monthly fee. It also includes the running costs of the house. We cannot know their exact amount in advance, so we give a target, not a promise.
Any time, at a price you set. Either yourself, with no fee, or through us: we recommend a market price, offer the share first to the other partners (they have a right of first refusal, not a right to approve the buyer) and then to our interested buyers, for a commission. If you are in a hurry, we can buy the share back ourselves.
