Cookies

The website needs essential cookies to work. We use analytics and marketing cookies only if you agree, and you can change your consent at any time in the cookie settings.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way.

Essential cookies

  • __Host-fragmento_staff (cookie): signing in to the client zone or the admin. It is created only when you sign in and lasts until you sign out, at most 14 days.
  • fragmento_client_next (cookie): the client-zone page you return to after signing in. It is deleted when you sign in, at the latest after 15 minutes.
  • fragmento-newsletter (cookie): the newsletter confirmation link, between clicking it in our e-mail and confirming. It is deleted when you confirm, at the latest after one hour.
  • fragmento-mena (local storage): the price currency you chose, Czech crowns or euros. It stays until you clear it in your browser.
  • fragmento-utm (session storage): the campaign name from the link you came to the website through (utm_ parameters in the address), so that a form can send it with your inquiry or newsletter sign-up. It is deleted when you close the browser tab.
  • fragmento-souhlas (cookie): your choice in the cookie banner, that is whether you agree to analytics and marketing cookies. It also holds a random consent ID under which we record your choice, so that we can show it; you will find it in the cookie settings. It lasts 180 days, then we ask you again, as we do when what the banner asks about changes.

All of them are needed for functions you ask for yourself, so they do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies (only with consent)

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) shows us which pages people read, where they come to the website from and what they do on it, for example how many of them send an inquiry. It stores the cookies _ga (tells browsers apart, 2 years) and _ga_* (state of the visit, 2 years).

Marketing cookies (only with consent)

  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): measures which Google ads led to a visit or an inquiry, and lets us show ads to people who visited the website. It stores the cookie _gcl_au (90 days), and Google stores further cookies on its own domains, such as doubleclick.net.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): the same for ads on Facebook and Instagram. It stores the cookies _fbp and _fbc (90 days), and Meta stores further cookies on facebook.com.
  • Sklik (Seznam.cz, a.s.): the same for ads in the Seznam network. Seznam stores cookies on its own domains.

If you do not agree

Neither the Meta Pixel nor Sklik loads without consent. Google Analytics and Google Ads load in cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode): they store nothing in your browser and send Google only signals without cookies and without a browser identifier, such as that a page was viewed or that someone sent an inquiry. Your browser passes Google its IP address and technical details of the browser, as it does when loading content from any other website. Google estimates aggregate figures from these signals.

Our own measurement without cookies

We also measure visits with our own tool, which stores nothing in your browser and therefore needs no consent. What it measures and why is described in our privacy policy.

Third-party content

Maps load their data from Esri. YouTube videos load only when you click play: the player comes from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube may then store its own cookies or other data in your browser under its own rules. Until then, nothing is loaded from YouTube. Links to social networks lead to their own websites, where their rules apply; we embed no other content of theirs in our website.

Our forms are protected from bots by Cloudflare's Turnstile service. It loads only when you start filling in a form, and uses the details of your browser only to recognise bots, not for advertising.

Changing your consent and managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings; the link is also in the footer of every page. When you withdraw it, we delete the cookies these services stored on our domain; their cookies on their own domains you can delete in your browser settings.

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Without cookies you cannot sign in to the client zone; the rest of the website keeps working.
